Auto-clean for cases

To help you stay GDPR compliant and keep your dashboard organized, Uniify offers an "Auto-clean" function. We can set up automatic rules for when old cases should be archived or permanently deleted.


How does it work?

You define the parameters, and we ensure the system manages itself:

  1. Days: How many days should pass before a case is cleaned?

  2. Action: Should the case be archived (removed from the active list) or deleted permanently (GDPR compliance)?

  3. Trigger: Should the countdown start from the day the case was created or from the last activity date?

Want to set this up?

We have now enabled users with the roles Admin, Owner, or Account Manager to manage these rules directly within Uniify.

How to do it:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu.

  2. Select Case rules.

  3. From here, you can define and activate your auto-clean rules
