Flows Overview

The Flows page is your central hub for all the processes your team has configured in Uniify. From here, you can manage existing flows, monitor their usage, and create new ones.

Note: The features available to you depend on your user permissions. If you lack access to view or edit flows, please contact your administrator or reach out to our support team.

Understanding the Overview

Each row in the table represents a specific flow. Below is an explanation of the information provided:

  • Name
    The title of your flow.

  • Type
Indicates whether it is an Onboarding flow (interactive for the customer) or a Background flow (automated processes).

  • Flow code
The unique identification code used for API integrations.

  • Status
Shows whether the flow is Active (available to customers) or a Draft (under construction and not yet accessible).

  • Times Used
A counter showing how many times the flow has been started.

  • Last used
The date a customer last accessed the flow.

Quick Actions

To the right of each flow, you will find two direct action buttons:

  • Edit (Pencil icon)
Click here to open the Flow Builder and modify modules or content. This is also where you can view the flow's structural setup.

  • Open flow
This button opens the flow directly in a new tab, exactly as your customer would see it. This is ideal for testing.

More Options

By clicking the three dots on the far right, you can access the following functions:

  • Set as default flow
Makes this flow your primary choice when creating new cases manually.

  • Set status to draft
Temporarily deactivates the flow so it can no longer be started by customers.

  • Duplicate
Creates an exact copy of the flow. This is useful if you want to create a new variant without starting from scratch.

  • Delete flow
    Permanently removes the flow.
